The intention of this session is to create a space where you can reflect quickly and deeply with peers on how to build and sustain a healthy wellbeing culture within your organisation. This will allow you to come away with ideas which you can immediately implement to help your people to be healthier, happier, and more holistically successful. Mark Mulligan and Catherine de la Poer will be facilitating the session and to make it as relevant as possible, they’ll be sharing a real-life solution that has been designed in partnership with Sheridan to meet the following challenges:
